RED CROSS SHEEP ART UNION.
A good start has been made with the Taihape Farmers' Red Cross Art Union since the holidays. The various branches of the Red Cross are taking the matter up enthusiastically, and a good demand for the tickets has now set in. Two well-known farmers down country have given it a good boost, one taking 100 and the other 500 tickets. That's the proper way to buy them. Who will be the next? We won der. Anyone with the Red Cross sympathises at heart may get their own chance free by getting a bcok cf tickets from the Secretary and selling nineteen for which they must pay, the twentieth is their own for the trouble. Make a start to-day, you can get dozens of chances before the Art Union closes if you are. keen.
