IN order to give effect to the intended requisitioning of all sheep skins (other than those derived from sheep slaughtered at Meat Export Slaughter-houses, and the scouring of lew grade wools purchased on behalf of the Imperial Government, it is desired that all persons now operating fellmongering and wool scouring works, who are desirous of fellmongering skins and scouring wool fcr the Government make application for the registration of their premises on or before 15th January, 1917. The application must be accompanied by a statement showing the following particulars: (1). The location of the premises and the name of the owner or owners. \(2). Whether the person or persons at present operating the works are the actual owners or the lessees. (3). T-h capacity of the works and the nature' of the plant. (4). The date on which all privately owned wool, skins, and pelt will be completely removed from the premises and their immediate surroundings. A fee of £5 5s must be enclosed with the application. If the premises are approved and registered this fee will be 1 retained as the registration fee. 'lf not approved and not registered the amount will be returned to the applicant.
