The application must be accompanied by a statement showing the following pa rticulars: (1). The location of the premises and the name of the owner or owners. (2). Whether the person or persons at present operating the works are the actual owners or the lessees. (3). T-h capacity of the works and the nature of the plant. (4). The date on which all privately owned wcol, skins, and pelt will be completely removed from the premises : and their immediate surroundings. A fee of £5 5s must be enclosed with the' application. If the premises are approved and registered this fee will be retained as the registration fee. If not approved and not registered the amount will be returned to the applicant.
