WEDDING BELLS.
1A very pretty wedding took place at St. Margaret's Church, Taihapc, on New Year's Day, the happy couple being Mr J. Ormond, son of Mrs M. A. Ormond, of Taihapc, and Miss Arani, of Moawhango. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. F. W. Stent. Mr J. P. Aldridgc gave the bride away, while Mr R. Ormond acted as best man for the bridegroom. Th e bride... who was supported by Misses Kathleen and Stella Duncan a s bridesmaids, looked charming in a dress of check voile, embroidered with silk voile. After the ceremony the happy couple left by the mail train for South on a short; honeymoon, being followed by the best wishes of numerous friends, and the usual showers (if rice.
