LONDON, Dec 28. The High Commissioner reports: German official: To-day Falkenhayn in battle near Rimnioul Sarat was com pletely victorious over the Russians sent for the defence of Roumania. Total Russians taken prisoner near Rimnioul is 10,220. THE ROUMANIAN CAMPAIGN. LOOTING IN BUCHAREST. ROYAL PALACE DESPOILED. ROME, Dec. 27. An official communique states: Remne-Kulserat, in Wallachia, has been captured. British attacks north-east of Doiran were repulsed. PETROGRAD, Dec 28. An official communique states the Germans delivered attacks on nearly the whole Roumanian front. The enemy succeeded in driving back the Russians and Roumanians on the Upper Remnik, but everywhere else they were repulsed. The fighting is being continued. The Turks were driven back in the region of Lake Van. VIENNA, Dec 28. Official: Fighting in Wallachia continues favourable, despite the arrival of strong Russian reinforcements.
