ANOTHER MILLION MEN.
HUGE ADDITION TO BRITISH ARMY. LONDON. Dec. 21. The House of Commons adopted a proposal for an additional million men for the army. Mr McPherson explained that this was necessary owing to the inclusion of colonial forces in the Regular army.
