ROSEBUD COMPETITION.
The attention of those interested in supplying our boys with comforts is directed to the advertisement calling for nominations for the Rosebud Competition.
Through the medium of this competition the Women's Working Club hope to secure funds sufficient to enable them to continue their work without further appeal. It is to be hoped that their expectations will be realised, as although their nominal work of making up the comforts will still continue, it will relieve them of the anxiety as to the financial requirements. The help and support of those country districts not already represented is specially desired. The Women's Working Club are anxious and willing to provide comforts for all, irrespective of district, so would like all to contribute—town and country residents alike.
The committee will decide at a hirer date the form of the final celebration, whether it be a crowning ceremony or otherwise. Nominations lobe addresed to box 53, P.O. Taihape.
