CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS. Holiday Excursion tickets will be issed from any station to any station from 15th December to 2nd January, inclusive, available for return to 15th February. EXTRA EXPRESS TRAINS. From 15th December to 7th January, inclusive, an extra express train leaves Auckland for Wellington at 9.52 p.m. on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; also on Saturday, 23rd December, arrive Wellington at 3.59 p.m. next day. On 21st, 22nd, 24th December, and Ist, 2nd and 3rd January an extra express train leaves Auckland for Palmerstcn North at 6.58 p.m., arrive Palirierston North 9.47 a.m. next day. .. From 15th December to 6th January, inclusive, an extra express train leaves Wellington for Auckland at 2 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednes- J days, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, arrive Auckland at 7.50 a.m. next day. On 21st, 22nd, 23rd December, and Ist, nd and 3rd anuary an extra express train leaves Palmerston North for Auckland at 3.18 p.m., arrive Auckland at 6.17 a.m., next day. On 23rd December the ordinary 9.10 p.m. Wellington-Auckland express and the ordinary 8.50 p.m. Auckland-Well-ington expresses will run. On 23rd December an extra express train leaves Wellington at 5.30 p.m., arrive Auckland 2.10 p.m. next day. Goods and live stock traffic will be suspended at all stations on 25th and 26th December, and Ist and 2nd January. For further particulars see posters and booklets. BY ORDER.
