STEFFANSON THE EXPLORER
AN EXTENDED ARCTIC JOURNEY. Received 9.10 WASHINGTON, Nov 15. Steffanson, in a letter, gives his plans for two expeditions, one west and norwest of Cape Alfred,, and the other to explore the New Land discovered last year. He says he may not give further news till 1918.
