THE CONDEMNATORY LETTERS. FOUND IN AUSTRO-GERMAN CONSULATES. Received 10.25. ATHENS, Nov 9. Greek police have arrested Kalamisiotis at the Allies' instance. Kalamisiotis protests that the letters are forgeries, and threatens to prosecute the "Patris" for publishing them. The Anglo-French Minister has presented a new note to the Greek Foreign Minister, who admits the serious ness of the communications. Constantine contends they were rigidly secret.
