THREE STARS. There will be two Triangle features shown to-night, the first being "The Lily and the Rose. The Lily isfirst seen in a beautiful Southern •home, where cared for by her two aunts, typical gentlewomen of former days. Through a fashionable relative, the Lily is introduced to the man whom she marries. He gradually tires of the artless girl and goes to a lively show, ,where he sees a sensational dancer, the Rose. In his infatuation he neglects the Lily. He takes the dancer to the seashore, while t-he Lily returns to her girlhood home. The man finds that the dancer is :• and fickle. When he is ready to leave her he gets a letter from his wife, saying that she had decided to start proceedings for their separation.. The second star features Fori] Sterling in "Following in Father's Footsteps." There are some comic surprises in store for you when you see Ford Sterling in "Following Father's Footsteps." He makes some quick changes from the role of a stern parent to that of a victim of the charms of his.scn's sweetheart. As the story begins, the parents are 'fearful that their son will be led astray by the young lady next door. As a stern parent, Sterling goes into the room, prepared to squash the girl. Instead of that he is induced to go with her to a cafe. She notifies the son of the escaaade, and the mother finds out about The affair. There is some lively dancing by the father and the girl, when the wife appears on the scene. This programme will be shown for one night only. "EVERYBODY'S" PICTURES ' At Everybody's Pictures in the Town Hall last night the programme was excellent from start to finish, and the audience undoubtedly appreciated the screening of each picture. The star item, "A Knight of the Range," is one of the finest ever shown, in Taihape. It is of a very exciting naturs, and all who have not seen it should make a point of being .present tonight, when it will be shown for the last time. At the expressed request of a local connoisseur of photo plays, it has been dcided to screen that remarkable film entitled "A Cowboy Millionaire." This picture has come to hand at the earnest appeal of the management, and it will be showA tonight. For to-morrow night the management has secured that splendid picture, "Outer Edge," featuring the great aetor Percy B. Walthall, who took the leading part in "Birth of a Nation." Also a 4-act drama, featuring I Laura Sawyer in a "Daughter of the People," or "The Right to Live."
