TOWN BOARD CLERK CHARGED WITH THEFT OF £IOO. James Allan Webster, Town Board clerk at U|»er Hutt, was arrested at Upper Hutt by Detective Mason and Constable Mcllolm, on a charge of having stolen £IOO, the property of the Upper Hutt Town Boaifd. Ho "as brought before the local court, and remanded to appear to answer the charge of theft at the Wellington Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday next, November Sth. Mr Davis.
