LONDON, Oct 30 A Servian report states: Wo gained advantages north of Vcliselo. AUSTRIAN COMMUNIQUE. HEIGHTS DOMINATING ORSOVA CAPTURED. LONDON, Oct 30. An Austrian communique says: We captured the heights dominating Orsova, and progressed south of Rotenturn Pass, north of ■ Kimpolung, and south of Predeal, after desperate fight ing. KHAKI FOR NAVAL MEN, LONDON, Oct 30. The Admiralty announces that naval officers employed ashore or abroad may henceforth wear khaki instead of blue and white, when a senior officer orders.
