INJURED IN MOTOR ACCIDENT. Received 9.15 (United Service). LONDON, Oct. IS. Sir Joseph Ward's third son, Lieut. Gladstone Ward, while motoring in London, Collided with a tram in the darkened streets. The motor was smashed, and Lieutenant Ward had to be taken to hospital with a bruised face and cut head. -JSir Joseph Ward, interveiwed, said he an Mr Masscy were highly satisfied with the New Zealand hospital arrangements. The accommodation was excellent and the men were grateful and cheerful.
