ANGLOFILSTVO. The Russians have a new word in their language (says the Petfograd correspondent of the "Graphic.") It is "Anglofilstvo," and means "Anglophilism." It is a perfect mania hei'a to use this word, and a man whc is not an "Anglofil" is about as rare as a man who is not a Germanophil?— which is saying much. The new British offensive, which no one here doubts is a prelude to greater events, has set this word in motion. The enthusiasm, and regard for everything British has reached unheard of heigh i so much so that it is almost embarrassing to be a Briton, for no man without an iron constitution can live up to the hospitality, and no man with out iron cheek can pretend to be a» nice as his Russian friends find him.
