PRO-GERMAN CAMPAIGN.
LONDON, October 4. The Daily Graphic states-that the Rt. Hon. Bryce conducted an enquiry on German atrocities, listened to harrowing evidence, and signed an indictment placing Germany as an outcast among the natons and now he talks of not banning the whole nation. The Graphic declares it is not correct to charge the Allies with hating, or desirng revenge—they merely loat the Germans and their associates. Bryce is now with' Simon in a pernicious campaign.
