INFLUX OF GERMAN CHILDREN. HOLLAND FEARS FOOD SHORT: AGE, GERMANY GIVES A BROAD HINT. WASHINGTON, Sept. 27. Official. —Despatches received here state that the increasing arrival of large numbers of German children in Holland, because of the scarcity of food in Germany, is causing a fear of serious food shortage in Holland.
