“EVERYBODY'S” PICTURES”
The opening of Everybody’s Pictures will take place this evening, and the management have arranged for an excellent programme to he screened, headed by “Hearts in Exile,” a pictorial adaptation of John Oxenham-s famous novel. This picture is a splendid one, in five acts, featuring that favourite of favourites, Clara Kimball Young. Supporting this is a Charlie Chaplin comedy, entitled “A Night Out” — the name itself sounds convincing . In order to give the Taihape public the best, the Management have installed an entirely up to date plant, a Powers Ca Model which will pi-oject a flickerless picture. The machine sc fixed with every possible safety, and the operating box is lined with asbestos. There is no doubt that the screening of the pictures will be first class.
