ATHENS, Sept. 12. It is reported from Bucharest that the Apponyi and Andrassy groups arc joining the Coaliton Cabinet. Karoly’s party is. standing out but is not opposing. The Reiehpost attributes the settlement to a recognition that it is necessary for national unity in view of the invason of Transylvania.
