Ohatfield, of Utiku, to sell the whole of his splendid herd of milkingcows, furniture, and effects at his farm, . which is one mile from the Utiku Eail--way Station. The milking herd comprises twenty-five Jersey-Shorthorns, of excellent milking quality; there arc also three sows and a number of store pigs, besides all necessary farming and milking appliances and accessories.
