THE RESERVE consists of men not less than 20 and under 46 , years of age. THE RESERVE REGISTER is based on the National Register. WHAT MEN MUST DO: Men already registered (1) Must notify any change of address. (2) Must apply on form provided for certificate of enrolment. Men not enrolled — (1) Must nil in an enrolment card.
