TWO WELLINGTONS.

SYDNEY, Sept 6. The controversy regarding the postal difficulties owing to the existence of two Wellingtons has been revived owing to a letter intended for the Wellington Chamber of Commerce (New South Wales) going to New Zealand, .vhich delayed it for a month. The president commented strongly on repeated complaints,, and said if the Postal Department wanted Wellington fco change its name he would say the New South Wales town was Wellington before the New Zealand Wellington was born.
