RUSSIAN WHEAT AVAILABLE. LONDON, September 1. Bathgates report on the effect on the wheat market as a result of Roumanian entry into the war, says:—lt is almost a certainty that Russian wheat will be available in large quantities before the end of the season, either from Salonika or the Dardanelles Russia’s harvest in 1916 will be ninety million quarters, in addition to seventy million stored wheat available. Americans will then no longer be able to dictate.
