SEARCH FOR CROCKERLAND. NAVAL OFFICER'S RETURN*. (Received 1 1015) WASHINGTON, August 23. T-'ie United States Government has received word of the safe arrival at Copenhagen of Fitzhugh Green, an American naval officer, on the Crocksrland expedition, which left in IDI3. Green's report makes no reference to the existence of Croekerland, which Peary is believed to have discovered. He does not mention whether McMillan and others of the party ara with him. The party was several times threatened with starvation.
