NAPIER’S GOOD TOTAL.
NAPIER, Tins day. In connection with the War Loan, in Napier City £17,250 was invested Avhich includes some larger amounts (put through banks) in Napier district, which extends to near Woodville. 18,720 ceritficates, valued at £30,350 were handled. The total investments made in post offices throughout the district was £50,000. The figures representing the business done by the bank s are not available.
