TWO ARRESTS MADE

NORWEGIAN SUSPECTS

NEW YORK, August 10

The embargo on the shipment of explosives from Jersey City in consequence of the recent disastrous explosion has been lifted by the Court as the result of a suit brought by the Canadian Car and Foundry Company. Erling Iverson and Exel Larsenl two Norwegians, have been held as '' suspects" iti" connection with the explosion, The men were found in possession of suspicious papers.
