METEOROLOGICAL NOTES.
The rainfall for the month of July was 1.71 inches. Rain fell on 17 days,, and the maximum fall was 0.35 in. on. the 16th. The average fall for the corresponding month of the previous 10' years i s 3.14 inches.
The mean maximum temperature in. the shade was 50.49, and the mean minimum temperature 39.47 degt P. The extreme maximum temperature in the shade was 56.8 deg. F. on the 16th. and tha extreme minimum shade temperature was 33.4 deg F. on the 20th. The mean terrestial radiation (grass)ij temperature was 35.5 deg. F., tha minimum being 27 de|g. F. on the 30th.
