PETITION FOR A REPRIEVE. (Received 8.10 p.m.) LONDON, July 26. A deputation of Irish members, including Colonel Lynch petitioned Mr. Asquith to reprieve Roger Casement. Mr Asquith promised to give the matter consideration.
