RETRIBUTION NOT FAR OFF.
Speaking at a banquet at the Albert Hall in celebration of Belgian Independence, Mr Asquith said he wished to bring to the knowledge of the civilised world Germany’s now decree against Belgian workmen, the object of which was to requisition Belgian labour for military purposes.
