NEW YORK, July 10. The Government has decided to allow Castro to enter the United States.
General Cipriano Castro became President of Venezuela in 1900, as the result of a revolution, 111 the course of which the then President was killed. For eight years ho was a Dictator, ruling the country by corruption and revolutionary methods.
