Lloyd George carried the Insurance Bill. LONDON, July 13. (Reuter). —The Nationalists state that Lord Lansdowne’s speech was the first intimation of the restriction of the Irish executive. Mr. Asquith is to he asked whether the statements were sancioned by the Government. Mr. Redmond’s manifesto says he adheres strictly to Mr. Lloyd George's terms. Any departure in the direction indicated by Lord Lansdowne would be a gross breach of. faith.
