A STREAM OF COMPLAINTS.

The "Times," in a leader, says: We are receiving a stream of complaints regarding the Mesopotamia expedition. Food was irregular, bad and frequently short. There was much sickness. The medical equipment was insufficient. The troubles were due to the inadequacy of the n'vcr transport.
