Speaking in tne Senate, Mr Stone (President of loreign Relations ComGmittee) gave a significant ■ indicati m of America's after-war attitude. Referring to th.e Paris Conference resolutions, he said that unless America was considered uy the European Powers in any industrial alliance it would be necessary to adopt a definite defensive policy.
