LONDON, July 10

The "Morning Post's" Petrograd correspondent says that Brusiloff is steadily pushing forward his flanking movement within four miles of the Stokhod. The Germans caught in a right angle by the flanking operations were completely defeated and aie hurriedly retreating across the river. A regiment of Hungarian cavalry was sacrificed to protect the retreat.
