ENEMY DRIVE# BACK 25 MILES DISORDERLY RETREAT NEAR KOVEL. THE WHOLE FRONT MOVING. Received 8.4$ p.m. July 10. PETROGRAD, July 10. The new Russian offensive has already driven back the enemy 25 miles in some places. The whole 50 miles of front on the Pripet to Luck salient is now on the move The Russians in some places crossed the Stokhod, pressing the enemy very hard in the direction of Kovel. Fighting is proceeding within 25 miles of the town. The enemy is retiring in great disorder. » The Russians in Bukovina are employing aerial torpedoes, launched bv new mine throwers, with great effect. They are also using a new and almost noiseless French aeroplane.
