KAISER AND MILITARY PARTY DENOUNCED.
•Received 5-25 p.m., July 7. LONDON, July 7. The "Daily Telegraph's" Milan correspondent publishes a remarkable narrative of peace riots in Germany, based on the stories of travellers arriving in Switzerland. The trouble commenced in Berlin and other towns directly the first news was received of the AngloFrench offensive. Crowds marched through the streets shouting, "Enough of the war; let us have peace." The disorders were differ- j ent in character from the food riots. They resembled popular revolts, with barricades and street fighting. The wounded and dead were so numerous that the police in many cases lost their heads, The riots in Berlin were excep-" tionally grave. The people surrounded the troops begging them, to join J in the revolt. They took off the, wheels of military waggons and gun ' carriages and used them for barricades.
