THE IRISH PROBLEM.
ENFORCEMENT OF THE LAW DESIRED. Received 6-7 0 p.m., July 7. LONDON, July 7. A strong association of Unionist Peers and members of the House of Commons has been formed. The former are to watch the Irish negotiations, owing to the uneasiness created through the attitude of the Unionist members of the Cabinet. The .association considers that the paramount object of the Government should be the immediate reassertion of law in Ireland.
