Boards Act,” 1908,” “The Eating Act, 1908,” and “The' Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908,” and the amendments thereof respectively, and all otherpowers and authorities it thereunto enabling, it is the intention of UpperWangaehu Road Board at its ordinarymeeting, to be hold in Taihape on Wednesday, the sth day of July, J 910, at 10 a.m., to make and levy a General Rate of Three Farthings in the on the rateable value of aIH rateable property within the Upper Wangaehu Road District. All such rates to be payable in one instalment on the 14th day of August, 1910.
