A communique states: The enemy east of Kolomea renewed mass attacks on a front of forty kilometres. There was stubborn fighting. Reserves at several points hurrying for.rd repulsed the superior enemy, but in the evening were obliged" to retire from part of the front at Kolomea and southwards.
