UPPER WANGAEHU ROAD DISTRICT.
PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the "Road Boards Act,” 1908," "The Rating Act, 1908/ ’ and "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908,” and the amendments thereof respectively, and all otheK powers and authorities it thereunto enabling, it is the intention of Upper AVangaohu Road 'Board at its ordinary meeting, to be held in Taihape on. Wednesday, the sth day of July, 1916, at 10 a.m., to make and levy a General Rate of Three Farthings (2d) in the on the rateable value of all rateable property within tin- Upper Wangaehu Road. District. All such rates to be payable in one instalment on the 34th day of August, 191(5. .
