The Upper Wangaehu Road Board will, at its ordinary meeting on Wednesday, July 5, make and levy a general rate of three-farthings in the pound.

A meeting of the general committee of the Taihape Branch of the New Zealand British Eed Cross Society is to be held on Thursday, July 6, in the Town Hall supper-room, at 3.30 pan.
