The National Bank of New Zealand, Ltd., lias received a cable message from its London Board advising that the annual meeting of the. Bank will he held in London on the 4th July, when it is proposed to declare a dividend of six per cent for the half-year and a bonus to he sliareholders of one per cent on paid up capital (£750,(XX1), equalling 13 per cent for the year ended March 31: £15,000 had been added to the Reserve Fund, which will then stand at £700,000. and £42,100 had been carried forward. The directors had further allocated £4OOO to officers’ pensions and gratuity funds, and a bonus of ten per cent to the staff.
