They resolved, with two dissentients. “That we have learned with deepest gratitude of the decision of the : Ulster conference agreeing to the temporary exclusion of six counties. This creates a new obligation on the part of the whole of Ireland to work uninterruptedly for the early restoration of a united self-gov-erned nation. In our judgment Mr. Lloyd George’s proposals afford the best means of promoting that object, and should be- accepted.
