MR. LLOYD GEORGE’S CONGRATULATIONS. Received 10-55 p.m., .lune 26. LONDON, June 26. Mr. Lloyd George telegraphed to Dublin his congratulations on the result of the Nationalist and Ulster Convention. Apparently Mr. Lloyd George considers the vote of the Convention has decided the fate of the negotiations.
