MR. HUGHES IN ENGLAND. A HUMAN DYNAMO. Received Jnue 26, 8.45 a.m. London, June 25. The Observer says that Mr. Hughes' visit not only breathed new inspiration into patriotic feeling, but left a historic mark on British policy. He has shown himself to be a human dynamo, capable of driving a current through the whole system of live wires.
