Received 5.45 p.m. Juno 23. (Times and Sydney Sun Cables.) LONDON, June 23. The ‘‘Times” correspondent in Washington says military preparations continue. General Funston lias demanded sixty thousand Militia. Preparations are being made to withdraw 1200 Americans remaining in Mexico City, and about throe thousand in other parts. Foreigners are not, apparently, immediately endangered. A blockade is being discussed.
