THE PETROL LUXURY.
INCREASING THE DUTY, Received S-3 0 p.mb, June 22. LONDON, June 22. In the House of Commons. the Right Hon. E. S. Montagu announced an additional duty of 6d. per gallon to be imposed on petrol, which is to be obtainable under permit.
