RAILWAYMEN'S WAR BONUS WELLINGTON, lune 13 Owing to a Departmental difficulty, payment of war bonus of Is per day to railwaymen of the second division has been postponed. It is to take effect as from Ist April. It is possible the first payment will be made next Friday fortnight.
