NATIONAL DAIRY SHOW.
Next week our National Dairy S'ioav vrill be close on us. Tlie entries are as usual numerous and varied, and both the 2voith and South are avoll represented. Th 0 cattle sale which is being held in iho new cattle pavilion for the first time has attracted a large number of entries and will be an extra inducement to the dairy farmer to visit the show. Their Excellencies Lord and Lady Liverpool have intimated their intention of visiting the show on one of the days, also some of the Ministry and members of Parliament if opportunity offers. The Mananatu Poultry Association has well on tor the thousand birds entered, amongst which are some of the best fowls, pigeons, and canaries in the Dominion, the programme, shortly stated, is, in addition to the Exhibition Hall Tuesday schools sports, Wednesday, Te AnteWan ganu 5 College football matches,; Thursday, cattle sale and hunters’ competitions; Friday, pony leaping. Cadet competitions and ambulance display. The lour days are full of interest am! I education and we strongly advise those who have not seen one to pay a visit to this National Dairy friiow.
