Humbert, writing in the “Paris Journal, ’’ says the Germans are again superior in gun metal, using new heavy guns mounted on gun carriages which travel from place to place with most extreme rapidity. Th e Allies must stop calculating, men and gun factories being the only thing.wliich count.
